Marketing for companies entering the Polish market

I help foreign companies enter Poland: a go-to-market plan, a pilot before you commit a big budget, and campaigns I run myself. Remotely or on-site in Warsaw, in English.

I’m your marketing team on the ground. I run strategy and campaigns myself, and for more complex Polish copy, creative, PR, influencer marketing or IT I have trusted local partners. I coordinate them and take responsibility for their work.

  • A go-to-market plan for Poland: target groups, competitors, pricing, channels and budget
  • A pilot in 1-2 channels that shows whether the model works, before a big budget
  • One point of contact in English and one clear report for you and your leadership team

What I do when you enter Poland

    Go-to-market plan

    • Target groups, competitors and pricing in Poland
    • Positioning and messaging for Polish customers
    • Channels, budget and KPIs for the pilot, with clear criteria for the go/no-go decision
    • Marketplaces and price comparison sites, e.g. Allegro and Ceneo, if they make sense for your product

Pilot and campaigns I run myself

    • Campaigns in Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok in Poland, which I set up and run myself
    • Polish ad copy and landing pages, written by me or with partners, depending on how complex they are
    • Allegro and Ceneo setup. I set them up, and ongoing management stays with your team or a partner
    • Basic analytics in GA4 and Google Tag Manager, so the pilot is measured on sales, not clicks

Local partners and your team in Poland

    • Creative, SEO, PR and influencer marketing with trusted Polish partners, coordinated by me
    • Email introductions to payment and shipping providers. You sign the contracts with them directly
    • Hiring your first marketing people in Poland, from the job description to onboarding
    • One point of contact, and I take responsibility for the partners' work

    Who it's for

I usually help companies in one of these situations. If you need an ongoing head of marketing rather than a market entry project, see Fractional CMO.

Your product works at home, and Poland is next

You've proven the model in your home market and want to know whether it will work in Poland. I check the market and plan the launch, so you don't have to guess.

You want to test before you commit

You don't want to hire a team or sign a big agency contract before you see results. A pilot in 1-2 channels shows whether the numbers add up.

You don't have anyone in Poland yet

There's no local team, and your headquarters doesn't know the Polish market. I act as your marketing team on the ground and report to you in English.

You're an online store expanding to Poland

I plan campaigns for Polish shoppers, set up Allegro and Ceneo if they fit your product, and introduce you to local payment and shipping providers.

You're looking for B2B clients in Poland

I run Google and LinkedIn campaigns aimed at Polish decision-makers and set up lead handling, so new leads reach your sales team quickly.

    Your first launch didn't work

You've tried Poland before and it didn't take off. I review what happened, from the offer and pricing to campaigns, and plan a second, smaller test.

How much does entering the Polish market cost?

Prices exclude VAT. I invoice in EUR on a simple B2B contract (reverse-charge VAT for EU companies), and we agree the exact scope after a free consultation.

    Market check
    from €1,250

    one-time, excl. VAT

When you want a quick answer to whether Poland is worth it and what to watch out for.

    • Market, competitors and pricing in your category
    • Which channels make sense and what they may cost
    • Risks and priorities, most important first
    • A clear recommendation on whether and how to go ahead
    Go-to-market plan
    from €6,000

    per project, excl. VAT

When you've decided on Poland and want a plan your team and partners can follow.

    • Everything in Market check
    • Target groups, positioning and messaging for Poland
    • Channels, budget, KPIs and a plan for the pilot
    • An implementation plan for the first months
    • Usually about a month
    Pilot
    from €2,500

    per month, excl. VAT

When you want to test the market with real campaigns before you spend a big budget.

    • Campaigns in 1-2 channels that I run myself
    • Polish ad copy and landing pages, by me or with partners
    • Weekly meetings and a monthly report
    • At least 3 months, then a decision: scale, adjust or pull out

You pay the ad budget directly to the platforms, and I only invoice my own work. One-time projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, and the pilot is paid in advance, month by month.

After the pilot you can continue with your own team, with partners or with me, e.g. as your Fractional CMO or through outsourced marketing.

    About me

    Jędrzej Zarychta, Fractional CMO
    12+years of experience
    150+projects
    delivered

I’m Jędrzej Zarychta, and for more than 12 years I’ve worked where marketing, business and technology meet. At the KERRIS agency I built the digital marketing department from scratch and ran it, responsible for client budgets, the department’s results and the team. At Hemp Juice I went from external advisor to co-owner, and then to selling 100% of the shares to a Swedish corporation.

As a Fractional CMO, Interim Growth Manager and Interim E-commerce Manager I’ve worked with companies including Holi Health, Tutlo, Natu.Care, heycar Group and ESTYL.pl. I studied e-business at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and management and sociology at Kozminski University.

I’ve worked on market entry projects for heycar and Holi Health, and for several other companies under NDA during my time at KERRIS. I’ve run campaigns in markets including Germany, France, Spain, the UK, Italy, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the US.

    How I work

    • I’m your single point of contact and take responsibility for the whole project, including the partners’ work
    • I advise, and when needed, I advise against
    • I base decisions on numbers: CAC, ROAS, LTV and margin
    • I work remotely with clients across Europe and the US, and on-site or hybrid in Warsaw (CET), in English or Polish
    • Invoices in EUR (reverse-charge VAT for EU companies), a simple B2B contract in English, NDA at the quote stage

    What clients say

Never hesitates to challenge the status quo

As a passionate individual who is interested in growth, Jedrzej brings a passion for it - as well as his personal experience and knowledge - to the game. It is evident that he is a very active and energetic person who constantly contributes new ideas and contributions to the team as well as to the projects and never hesitates to challenge the status quo when necessary.

In my personal experience, I enjoyed his cheerfulness, positivism, and sense of fellowship.

Jędrzej is an excellent fit for anyone looking for someone who combines strategic thinking and willingness to execute fast

I worked with Jędrzej on Holi from the very beginning and he helped us tremendously to gain early traction and understand what need to be done in the Growth area. Jędrzej is very knowledgeable in his field, but was always willing to expand his knowledge in our domain to get the job done. He's an excellent fit for anyone looking for someone who combines strategic thinking and planning with the ability and willingness to execute fast.

Jędrzej is a top-class expert in digital marketing and marketing strategy

We worked on a long-term, complex B2B performance campaign where, on the agency side, he helped us choose the most effective solutions for our industry and hit our goals and demanding KPIs, with full commitment and the highest professionalism. 😉 The marketing activities and solutions he proposed were always carefully thought through, matched to our business, properly quantified and then delivered on time. As a result, making decisions and assessing the results of our cooperation was much easier and truly satisfying.

In just a few months we saw a steady flow of B2B sales leads

Working with Jędrzej on B2B marketing translated into a strong flow of sales leads within just a few months. Jędrzej not only developed the right marketing strategy, but also connected it with our sales strategy and then launched ad campaigns in Google, Meta and LinkedIn Ads. At GRANTS.CAPITAL we were looking for a Head of Marketing, but working part-time with Jędrzej has been far more effective than many full-time hires or agencies we have worked with.

Jędrzej helped me open new affiliate channels and improve Meta and Google Ads, remarketing and analytics accuracy
I had the opportunity to work with Jędrzej as Growth Manager for the Natu.Care brand, where he helped me in several key areas: launching new affiliate channels, improving the performance of paid Meta and Google channels, and improving remarketing and analytics accuracy. Jędrzej showed great energy and was proactive in taking new initiatives from concept to execution, efficiently and in line with the strategy. I recommend Jędrzej to any brand, from early stage to scale.

High commitment, a constant drive to grow and an understanding of business goals

KERRIS could not have grown so fast or built so many performance marketing capabilities without you on board. High commitment, a constant drive to grow and an understanding of business goals are just a few of the qualities I always valued in our work together. We keep our fingers crossed for your next steps, and if you ever want to come back to agency life, the door is always open 🙂

Entering the Polish market: frequently asked questions

    Working together

Who do you work with on market entry?

Foreign companies that want to enter Poland or test it with a pilot: online stores, B2C brands and B2B companies. My work with heycar started this way, and I've also worked on market entry for Holi Health and, during my agency years at KERRIS, for several companies under NDA.

    Do you work in English?

Yes. I work in English or Polish, remotely with companies across Europe and the US, and on-site or hybrid in Warsaw (CET). Meetings, reports and contracts can all be in English.

Do you run the campaigns yourself?

Yes. I set up and run campaigns in Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok myself. I write Polish ad copy and landing pages myself or with partners, depending on how complex they are.

Can you set up Allegro and Ceneo?

Yes, I can set them up. I don't manage them on an ongoing basis, so after the setup they stay with your team or a partner.

Do you handle payments, shipping and legal matters?

I can introduce you by email to payment and shipping providers, but you sign the contracts with them directly. Legal matters and company registration are outside my scope, so you'll need a law or accounting firm for that.

Can you help us build a team in Poland?

Yes. I hire your first marketing people myself, from the job description and interviews to onboarding. For creative, PR and influencer marketing I work with trusted Polish partners, whom I coordinate.

Which markets have you run campaigns in?

Poland, Germany, France, Spain, the UK, Italy, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the US, among others.

    Pricing and contract

How much does entering the Polish market cost?

A market check starts from €1,250 and a go-to-market plan from €6,000, excl. VAT, as one-time projects. A pilot with campaigns I run myself starts from €2,500 per month, excl. VAT, for at least 3 months.

    Is the ad budget included?

No. You pay the ad budget directly to the platforms, e.g. Google, Meta or LinkedIn. I only invoice my own work.

How long does a pilot take?

At least 3 months. After a week I check tracking, after two I share the first learnings and after four we decide on channels and budget. At the end of the pilot we decide together: scale, adjust or pull out.

    How do you invoice?

On a simple B2B contract in English, with invoices in EUR. EU companies get a reverse-charge VAT invoice. One-time projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, and the pilot month by month in advance.

    Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, already at the quote stage.

    What happens after the pilot?

If the pilot works, you can scale with your own team, with partners or with me, e.g. as your Fractional CMO or through outsourced marketing.
